The Mission of Delaware Health Net is to:

1. •Assist its members in pursuit of their individual agency missions
   

2. •Enhance and develop clinical and business tools
   

3. •Continue to foster a collaborative and trusting relationship amongst the members
   

The Purpose

This will be done through:

1. 1. ◦Collaborating where possible to realize cost savings;
      

   2. ◦Sharing expertise;
      

   3. ◦Establishing consistency in the scope and quality of services provided to collaborators’ patients by focusing on the integration and standardization of clinical services, financial and information systems, and administrative activities;
      

   4. ◦Assuring viability of collaborators to maintain and expand access to primary health care services to the medically underserved, through the development of financial and technical resources; and
      

   5. ◦Building upon the significant and long-standing vertical and horizontal relationships.
