The Mission
The Mission of Delaware Health Net is to:
- Assist its members in pursuit of their individual agency missions
- Enhance and develop clinical and business tools
- Continue to foster a collaborative and trusting relationship amongst the members
The Purpose
This will be done through:
- Collaborating where possible to realize cost savings;
- Sharing expertise;
- Establishing consistency in the scope and quality of services provided to
collaborators’ patients by focusing on the integration and standardization of
clinical services, financial and information systems, and administrative activities;
- Assuring viability of collaborators to maintain and expand access to primary
health care services to the medically underserved, through the development of
financial and technical resources; and
- Building upon the significant and long-standing vertical and horizontal
relationships.
